Xiaomi is set to launch its first Xiaomi-branded 4nm chipset in early 2025, developed in partnership with Unisoc, featuring advanced technology and strong performance.
The upcoming Xiaomi SoC will utilize TSMC's 4nm N4P node and include a 5G modem from Unisoc, aiming for performance levels comparable to Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
This new chipset marks a significant step for Xiaomi, as they previously ventured into chipset development with the Surge S1, their first in-house chipset back in 2017.
