Despite the hotly anticipated launch of Google's Pixel 9, numerous O2 customers are facing significant delays in receiving their devices, leading to frustration and confusion.
'I basically ordered my phone on launch and expected it on the release date. Still not received it, had zero contact from O2,' commented a disappointed customer.
An O2 spokesperson acknowledged, 'We are aware that a small proportion of customers are experiencing delays with their orders and we apologise for any inconvenience.'
The migration of O2's warehouse coinciding with the Pixel 9's release has led to a backlog, as confirmed by affected customers with similar experiences.
