Clio completed a $1 billion acquisition of vLex, integrating vLex's Vincent AI with Clio's legal operating system to create the Intelligent Legal Work Platform. The combined platform will connect practice management, research, drafting, and firm operations across the full lifecycle of legal work. Clio raised $500 million in a Series G round led by New Enterprise Associates, bringing company valuation to $5 billion. The acquisition adds more than 350 experts in law, data, and technology and expands Clio's target market from small and midsize firms to the largest legal organizations. Recent acquisitions include ShareDo and Lawyaw.
