Briefly

Brian May revealed in a heartfelt YouTube video that he suffered a "minor stroke." Despite a temporary inability to use his left arm, he reassured fans that he can still play guitar. May humorously referred to his condition as a "little health hiccup," emphasizing his gratitude towards the hospital staff and assuring supporters that he is okay. He expressed that he doesn't want sympathy or concern cluttering his inbox, as he prefers to keep things light-hearted.
"I'm here to bring you some good news - the good news is that I can play guitar after the events of the last few days," May stated, twiddling his fingers in front of the camera. He elaborated on his health scare, noting that although he has been temporarily grounded and unable to use his left arm, his passion for music remains intact.
"I didn't want to say anything at the time because I didn't want anything surrounding, you know. I really don't want sympathy... Please don't do that because it'll clutter up my inbox and I hate that," he mentioned, highlighting his desire to maintain a positive atmosphere despite his recent health challenges.
Following his minor stroke, May mentioned, "I'm grounded. I'm not allowed to go out - well, I'm not allowed to drive, not allowed to get on a plane, not allowed to raise the heart rate too high... but I'm good." His comments reflect a commitment to abide by medical advice while focusing on his recovery.
