The Southern Leadership for Voter Engagement (SOLVE) Network is excited to announce a series of $10,000 one-year project grants for Southern organizations to increase civic participation in underrepresented communities in the South.
Southern Spark Grants aim to support community-based organizations fighting for an inclusive democracy in the face of voter suppression attempts in the South.
Organizations are encouraged to use advocacy, education, and mobilization strategies to promote non-partisan civic education and engagement in historically underrepresented communities with these grants.
SOLVE, a project of Southern Coalition for Social Justice, supports over 200 organizations in protecting and expanding voting rights, emphasizing the importance of grassroots efforts in the South.
