The Pleasant Hills Golf Course in East San Jose has sat vacant for ages--114 acres of prime space rotting away unused. One of the biggest criticisms of the San Jose area is lack of things to do... so why not use this space for fun and entertainment.
Utilizing the space for large-scale entertainment like a theme park could provide a unique and valuable attraction to address the need for more entertainment options in San Jose.
