The proposal to reopen Raging Waters is a win for East San Jose, as it rejuvenates a popular destination and maintains an important revenue stream.
"The city's Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services department will make the park summer-ready, including the opening of a wine garden and partnerships with reputable food trucks," said Mayor Matt Mahan.
