A 34-year-old San Jose man has been arrested in connection with his mother's death, according to authorities. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner's Office will release her identity once confirmed.
The city's 14th homicide of the year. San Jose police had investigated 11 homicides at the same time last year. The woman's adult son, identified as Roger Le, was arrested and will be charged with murder.
