Man suspected in deadly San Jose shooting arrested in North Carolina

The shooting was reported at 9:07 p.m. on April 26 with an injured woman found at the scene. Victim Sonji Conerly was pronounced dead at the hospital.
61-year-old Myron Barrier, identified as the suspect, was located in North Carolina, arrested, and brought back to San Jose where he was booked for murder without bail.
San Jose Police are still investigating the circumstances behind the fatal shooting, which marked the city's 12th homicide that has now increased to 17.
