The space of the former China Wok in Downtown San Jose on North Market Street is going to be home to Hinodeya Ramen Bar, which already operates a successful location in Campbell with great reviews.
This new opening might mark the first true Japanese ramen bar in Downtown San Jose, bringing an authentic experience to the area.
