Chef Bruno Chemel and his wife Christie Ledesma Chemel have closed their restaurant Bistronomie by Baumé after 14 years.
The couple previously closed their Michelin-starred restaurant Baumé and reopened the space as Bistronomie in 2022.
Bistronomie offered high-level meals at lower prices in a relaxed environment.
Baumé received a Michelin star in its first year and eventually held two stars, but lost them in September 2021.
Chemel criticized Michelin for its erratic focus and stated that he wants to cook for the joy of it.
