From noon to 4 p.m. this Sunday, Oct. 8, a Maui fundraiser will feature 12 live music acts plus the restaurant's barbecue and bar menu. Ten percent of The Cats' sales that afternoon will be donated to the American Red Cross for its Maui Wildfire Relief efforts.
On Oct. 22, chef Christian Saiz of the Mestizo Paella catering company will present a four-course Spanish feast. Tickets for the dinner, $60, which features a choice of traditional, veggie or meat lover's paella, plus jamon croquettes, salad and dessert, must be purchased in advance at EventBrite.
"ChefCentury helps chefs like Christian Saiz focus on what he does best, and we do the rest," Tam said in announcing the culinary series.
