Founded in Santa Clara in 2021, The Good Salad offers meal-size salads with customizable ingredients and in-house made dressings. It has gained recognition for its quality and has landed on Yelp's list of the Bay Area's top 100 places to eat.
Bibo's, a well-known pizza restaurant in San Jose's Willow Glen, is also coming to the Peninsula. With family roots in New York, the owners have perfected a dough recipe and recreated their favorite style of pizza. In addition to pizza, Bibo's NY Pizza & Pasta will offer classic and creative pasta sauces, allowing customers to mix and match pasta and sauce options.
