The Polaris Dawn mission has concluded with a splashdown off Florida, carrying tech billionaire Jared Isaacman and the crew after their historic first commercial spacewalk.
The crew travelled deeper into space than any humans in the past fifty years, reaching 1,400km altitude, surpassing the International Space Station significantly.
Isaacman shared a view from outside the capsule, expressing his sentiments about Earth, stating, 'But from here, it sure looks like a perfect world.'
The successful splashdown represents a new era of commercial spaceflight, with SpaceX confirming their ability to conduct crewed missions further than NASA's Apollo era.
