Boeing's Starliner scrubbed its May 6th launch after United Launch Alliance discovered an issue with a pressure regulation valve in the Atlas V rocket.
NASA decided not to repair Starliner's helium leak as it doesn't endanger the mission and fixing it would cause delays.
Boeing's Starliner faced delays and setbacks but successfully docked its unmanned capsule with the ISS in 2022, part of NASA's Commercial Crew Program.
