The 49ers are working toward an agreement to bring back veteran WR Chris Conley on a one-year contract, according to a source.
Conley, 31, has caught 220 passes for 2,922 yards and 15 touchdowns while adding three rushing yards on one carry in 117 game appearances through his nine NFL seasons.
