Leonardo Salvador Magnampo (51) found guilty of indecent exposure, lewd conduct, & drug related charges following 35 minutes of jury deliberation. Apr '22, Magnampo exposed himself to a passerby & then again to responding officers, & yet again to an officer after his arrest.
During Magnampo's trial in late November, another South San Francisco officer testified that he'd masturbated in front of her while he was detained for another crime in 2016. He did it in a jail cell, she said, and muttered disturbing comments while refusing to stop.
Magnampo is currently out of custody on supervised release as he awaits a sentencing hearing in January.
