In a tragic incident, Irene Williams, 61, was killed during a domestic argument with her boyfriend, Albert Turner, 57, who allegedly threw her from a third-floor balcony after she tossed his belongings down. Witnesses reported the act to law enforcement, leading to the discovery of Williams in the building's courtyard suffering from severe injuries. She was transported to a hospital but succumbed to her injuries. Turner, now in custody, faces charges including murder and illegal possession of a firearm, while being held without bail.
Witnesses near the apartment called police at 7:21 p.m., and reported they had seen someone throw the woman off the balcony.
Williams, police said, started throwing Turner's belongings off the balcony of a third-floor apartment in the 500 block of West San Ysidro Boulevard.
Turner was taken into custody and booked on suspicion of murder, being a felon in possession of a firearm and violating probation.
She was taken to a nearby hospital, but was later pronounced dead.
