The incident occurred on September 17, around 9.50am, where a white Ford Transit Connect van deliberately collided with multiple vehicles on the A2 near Gravesend.
Police arrested a 38-year-old man from Rochester after the collisions and are actively seeking witnesses, including the driver of a silver Transit van involved.
