After spending 25 days in Italy, here are 10 things I recommend to every tourist who visits
Briefly

Venice's charm can quickly turn overwhelming due to crowds. Escaping to nearby islands like Lido and Pellestrina offered us a more authentic experience. Biking along the beach and sampling fresh seafood was rejuvenating and essential to our trip.
Hiking in the Dolomites was a breathtaking adventure. I found the climb to Lago di Sorapis particularly rewarding, despite its difficulty. The spectacular views from the top made every step worth it. For others, Lago di Braies offers easy access to stunning landscapes.
The Cinque Terre boat tour provided a unique perspective of the colorful coastal towns and allowed us to explore away from the crowds. Anchoring for swimming and enjoying snacks from our knowledgeable captain made it a memorable experience.
Visiting Brunelleschi's Dome in Florence was awe-inspiring. Its architectural magnificence, combined with rich history, left a lasting impression on me. It exemplifies the beauty and artistry present in Italian culture.
