If you're open to doing a lot of work on it, we've been able to find things that need a ton of renovations. That's why some of those price points were where they were. It's a matter of being open to renovating.
More and more buyers want something with original charm and detail. People are really getting into saving these old homes and keeping some of the history of these places.
