"What makes this home so rare is that it sits in the French Quarter in an area that has been mostly picked over by condo developers, so to have a multifamily home is even more rare," says listing agent Gary Williams, of French Quarter Realty.
"You can do whatever you want inside the house, but you would need approval from the Commission for any changes to the exterior," Williams says.
