A Sparkly New Food Hall With a Cocktail Bar Is Opening at Presidio Tunnel Tops
Briefly

The new food hall at San Francisco's Presidio Tunnel Tops, The Mess Hall, is a multi-purpose space set to open in 2025, offering a food hall, all-day cafe, and bar serving cocktails, beer, and wine.
Chef Peter Serpico, previously of Momofuku and known for his acclaimed restaurant in Philadelphia, will be leading the development of food concepts at The Mess Hall, while bar owner Zach Negin will curate the beverages.
The provisions market at The Mess Hall will also feature local and imported goods, further enhancing the food options for visitors to the Presidio Tunnel Tops.
The Mess Hall Group behind the project has ties to another successful food hall in Southern California, Mess Hall Market OC in Tustin, which opened in 2019.
