Wix says US employees 'will remain hybrid' as the Israel-based company announces 5-day office return

The mandate covers workers in Tel Aviv and Beersheba, Israel; Kraków, Poland; and Vilnius, Lithuania. Ukrainian employees may continue working remotely from wherever is safest. All US employees will remain on a hybrid schedule. Customer Care and global teams will receive direct communication from local leadership about implementation. A company spokesperson confirmed the US hybrid policy but declined to explain the U.S. exemption. Leadership framed the return as essential for collaboration, spontaneous interaction, and innovation.
