Nacho, the Spanish veteran defender who captained Madrid to the Champions League and LaLiga double last season, will join Al Qadsiah as a free agent.
He rejected a contract extension with Madrid for a 'final and different experience' and chose Al Qadsiah over Al Ittihad.
Nacho won a joint-club record 26 trophies during his 12 seasons at Madrid, including six Champions League titles.
