"Jordan Pearson grew up in the bus industry, and worked for her parents' company, Master Tours, in Greensboro, NC. Joining her sister Dwyla, she branched off to form a separate company, Transcendent Charter, also in Greensboro. She and her sister were active in UMA, attending UMA EXPO and participating in UMA committees, before closing their company."

With her sister Dwyla, she formed Transcendent Charter in Greensboro and later closed the company. She was active in UMA, attending UMA EXPO and participating in UMA committees. She joined the UMA staff last year and applied her marketing and ad sales capabilities to the association. Her work included pitching new ideas and approaches on committees and on staff, with particular value from her operator experience and perspective as a new entrant and small fleet operator. She also served as president of the Greensboro Jaycees.
