It isn't enough to just have one elite pass rusher in today's NFL. With offenses so skewed to the passing game, if you cannot rush the passer, your defense is well behind.
Pro Football Focus ranked the top pass-rushing duos in the NFL and while the Steelers tandem of T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith ranked high, most Steelers fans probably aren't going to be happy with where they landed.
