Heyward said all the talk about Mike Tomlin has created a distraction for players and coaches. He doesn't understand why it's brought up when he remains under contract. 'My thought is he'll be the coach here. Mike T wants to be a Pittsburgh Steeler. He is a Pittsburgh Steeler.'
