Aperture Priority mode, commonly abbreviated as A or Av, is a camera setting that allows you to manually adjust the aperture value, while your camera automatically selects a corresponding shutter speed to produce a well-exposed image.
AF refers to autofocus, the camera feature that automatically adjusts the lens to acquire focus on a subject to create a sharp image.
