A new 26,000-square-foot Latino community center is coming to the South End
Briefly

La CASA: The Center for Arts, Self-determination, and Activism will be the largest facility of its kind in New England, spanning 26,000 square feet, aiming to serve as a permanent home for Latino arts, community, and activism in Boston's South End.
IBA CEO Vanessa Calderón-Rosado emphasized that La CASA will allow IBA to consolidate programs and functions for better collaborations with external partners, establishing a new era of community empowerment.
The four-story community space is set to open by late 2025 or early 2026, featuring galleries, arts education, performance spaces, and community gathering areas to support IBA's programs and services.
