Researchers found human testicles had three times more microplastics than dogs, with 12 different varieties found, the most common being polyethylene. Toxicological Sciences published these findings.
Microplastics in testicles may lead to declining sperm counts globally, along with various harmful effects like allergic reactions, cellular death, DNA mutation, hormone disruption, and organ dysfunction, possibly causing severe health issues.
