Yankees 6, Giants 2: The Prodigal Son returns
Briefly

Only four men have been better hitters than Aaron Judge through their age-32 seasons: Ted Williams, Mickey Mantle, Stan Musial, and Mike Trout. That's it. I worry we are not properly reckoning with how historically great a hitter we have been able to watch, every day, since 2017.
Judge wasn't just good; he was lucky, with the official scorer recording a single on a first-inning bobble by shortstop Brett Wisely. Two home runs, four RBI, pacing the club in a ballpark where it is genuinely hard to reach the seats.
