Record: 19-9 (1st, +4.5 GA) With four of the last five games requiring a save from the winning team's closer, it's nice to look back and see a strong offensive and defensive performance from the Yankees.
Unsurprisingly, Derek Jeter led the charge in the batter's box. He contributed to 6 of the Yankees' 10 runs on the day, including five RBI on three hits in five at-bats.
