Rhean Jalipa Fontanoza, 46, charged with special circumstance murder for fatally shooting Expedito De Leon, 50, in Irvine while tracking him on his UPS route.
Fontanoza ambushed De Leon, firing at him 14 times in 19 seconds in the UPS truck following Fontanoza's access to driver route information.
