A man on the sex offender registry was arrested for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl after offering her drugs in a parking garage. The man also gave marijuana to the teens and offered cocaine to the victim during the assault.
The police got involved after being called to a home where the intoxicated victim detailed the assault. Evidence linking George Bautista Zarate to the assault was found in his apartment, leading to his arrest.
