Toronto police identified 61-year-old Woodstock man Delroy "George" Parkes as the victim in a fatal shooting outside an Etobicoke high school parking lot.
A group of men after a soccer game was shot at by two suspects who arrived in a dark pickup truck before fleeing the scene, leaving five people injured.
