Police 'assessing' new Michael Matheson iPad bill complaint
Briefly

Police are assessing a new complaint over SNP MSP Michael Matheson's iPad data roaming bill, with the former health secretary admitting the 11,000 charge was due to his sons using the device as a hotspot.
Mr Matheson was docked 54 days' pay and suspended for 27 sitting days in the Scottish Parliament after the incident, where he initially claimed to use the device solely for parliamentary work.
He agreed to pay back the 10,941.74 bill charged to his parliamentary device during the holiday, previously covered by the taxpayer, leading to a salary penalty equivalent to that amount.
Scottish Conservative leader Douglas Ross criticized John Swinney's handling, calling for Matheson's resignation due to false claims and lying. Ross stated that Matheson should be removed from the SNP immediately.
