David DePape was sentenced to 30 years in prison for breaking into Nancy Pelosi's home, attempting to kidnap her, and attacking her husband with a hammer.
DePape was found guilty of attempted kidnapping of a federal official and assaulting a family member of a federal official. He admitted to intending to hold Pelosi hostage and attacking her husband.
