A gunman opened fire inside Tompkins Square Park for the second time in a week in a broad daylight shooting Thursday - and investigators believe he is the same shooter who wounded two innocent bystanders in the park over the weekend, law enforcement sources said.
No one was hurt, and the gunman took off on a blue Citi Bike, cops said. It was not immediately clear why the shooter began firing, or whether he was targeting anyone in particular.
