"The arrest of these four individuals does not mark the end of this investigation," Handberg on the ongoing nature of the probe involving multiple cases beyond the carjacking and murder.
"We speak through what happens in the federal docket," Handberg mentioned the expected level of transparency now that the federal government leads the investigation.
