An 18-year-old Pleasanton man is in grave condition after he was shot while driving in Hayward. The 17-year-old friend with him was also injured but has been released.
Police are investigating the shooting near the intersection of Mission Boulevard and Industrial Parkway, trying to understand why the victims were in Hayward and determine the motive.
