Just 33% of respondents gave Cuomo a very or somewhat favorable rating, while more than 50% deemed him unfavorable or somewhat unfavorable.
Cuomo may suffer in the likeability department, but only about 4% of respondents indicated they'd never heard of him, making him the second-most recognizable out of 32 politicians in the poll.
