Video released shows an officer in NY fatally shooting a 13-year-old who pointed a replica gun at police. The gun was later identified as a replica Glock handgun.
Officers believed it was a real handgun, but it turned out to be a realistic replica. The teen was fatally shot during a ground struggle after running from police.
