Portland's Office of Arts & Culture has initiated a new grant distribution process, transitioning from RACC's previous model to a competitive, multi-organization approach.
The Office of Arts & Culture now grants $1.2 million to RACC, Friends of Interstate Firehouse Cultural Center, and MusicOregon, significantly less than RACC's previous support of around $6 million.
