Caleb Jones, a 6-foot-9 offensive tackle, was signed to the New England Patriots practice squad, replacing outside linebacker Brevin Allen as the team reshuffles its roster.
Jones entered the NFL with the Green Bay Packers in 2022 as an undrafted free agent and has since spent time on both the practice squad and the 53-man roster.
Brevin Allen, who joined the Patriots practice squad last week, was released after a brief stint, having initially signed with the Chargers earlier this year.
The Patriots' practice squad is now at capacity, featuring a mix of rookies and players from various backgrounds, including international pathways and undrafted free agents.
