Boston Celtics lead assistant coach Charles Lee, age 39, is moving to the Charlotte Hornets as head coach, following a successful season with the Celtics.
Lee, an accomplished assistant coach with over a decade of experience, signed a four-year contract with the Hornets and will bring his expertise to help rebuild the team.
