Li Li Leung, President and CEO of USA Gymnastics, and her husband are selling their one-bedroom apartment in Central Park South for $1.25 million, slightly less than their June asking price of $1.29 million.
The property, which they purchased in 2015 for $1.23 million, features substantial living space, with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a king-sized bedroom with a walk-in closet.
The apartment is located in the Southmoor House, a 17-story Art Deco building from 1937, which offers amenities such as a doorman, gym, and bike room.
Li Li Leung has led USA Gymnastics through significant challenges, including a bankruptcy and a comprehensive settlement with abuse victims, while also establishing a female-led executive team.
