The building at 455 Central Park West was built in 1884 by John Jacob Astor III. It was formerly the New York Cancer Hospital and later transformed into luxury condominiums.
After being abandoned for decades, the structure was restored to its original glory with a down-to-the-studs renovation. The residences include unique features like circular rooms and soaring ceilings.
