The number of available rentals in NYC increased to 30,314 in April, a 5 percent rise from last year, but significantly lower than the pre-pandemic levels in 2019.
Queens led in annual rental inventory growth with a 9.6 percent increase, while Manhattan's listings barely increased, and the Bronx's Mott Haven saw an 85 percent surge in inventory.
