The Giorgio Armani-branded residences with a doorman, fitness center, and an Armani store, saw sales averaging $5,000 per square foot. The $32.5 million penthouse is the last available unit. Sabrina Saltiel of Douglas Elliman listed the $16 million Central Park West co-op.
